1-Aeronautical allowances
  • The aeronautical allowances are linked to the activity of aircrafts especially the taxes of landing, the parking, and the fuel.
  • The allowances linked to the aeronautical activities are fixed by the legislative texts and regulations.
    (Executive decree N° 01-112 of May 05th, 2001 modified and completed by the executive decree N° 08-73 of February 26th, 2008)

2-Extra aeronautical allowances

  • The extra aeronautical allowances correspond as for all what’s extern to the aviation especially the rent of commerce, the services, the construction, the parks and the
    baggage check room.
  • The allowances linked to the commercial activities and others are fixed by EGSA.
Amount in force of aeronautical allowances
1-Passengers’ allowances
The amounts of the allowance of use of arranged installation for the reception of passengers are fixed as follow:
  • Passengers of an Algerian airport destination
Departure to the Algiers airports, Constantine, Oran, Hassi Messaoud, In amenas,Ghardaia,Tamenrasset, Djanet,
Tlemcen et Annaba 		400 DA.
Departure to the other Algerian airports300 DA.

  • Passengers of a foreign airport destination

Departure to the Algiers airport, Constantine, Oran, Hassi Messaoud, Béjaia, Ghardaia,Tamenrasset, Djanet,
Tlemcen,Annaba et Chelf 		900 DA.
Departure to the other Algerian airports600 DA.

2-Allowances of aircrafts parking

  • Parking
On the traffic area 10, 20 DA ton/hour
On the other areas 04, 23 DA ton/hour

For the general aviation in which the weights in taking off is inferior to 20 tons.

Commercial 30.00 DA / tonne/ heure
Non commercial 7.50 DA / tonne/ heure.
  • Freight

Freight 0,40 DA / HT / KG.

  • Fuel
Essence 2,82 DA / HT / HL.
Kerosene
2,64 DA / HT / HL.
