In term, of this triennial plan 2008/2010, the enterprise aims at improving its performances in its different fields, to start by evaluating the human resources, the first condition of the improvement of other segments of the activity as:

• The exploitation,
• The maintenance,
• The safety,
• The security,
• The environment.

The master of these functions takes us to embark fields more specialized and more delicate as data processing, management, environment, and techniques of information.
The strategic step proposed in the present document for the horizon 2010 cannot succeed without the communication act. This segment will be taken into consideration in the course of each axis.

This way takes us without any doubt to assure a step involving all the collective’s members of the Establishment.
The General Management, the executives, the collective, the social partners each in its field, must work to arrive in 2010 to that the Establishment has formed men and women capable of assuring the improvement of the management of our Airports.

hese future executives must with the born of this triennial, master well the parameters of management relating in particular to the equipment of safety and security, of exploitation basing always on the modern techniques and making calls to institutions and to experts.
This will intervenes in the managing of the institutions of the state, of different partners of the Establishment and of the social partner, in order to involve the worker more and give a new impetus to the Establishment action, taking into consideration the juridical and economic context in which this latter evolved since the restructuring of the management of Algiers Airport.

At last if each element of the EGSA collective involves in the implementation of the triennial plan, the Establishment management of tomorrow will reach without any doubt the level of modernization wished by all.
To that effect, the classical methods founded on the notes of services and instructions will progressively replaced by the modern tools of communication aiming at improving the application of these procedures after their redaction and adoption in the scope of dialogue and of consultation.
