The refunding of airports is assured thanks to the central organisation composed of functional structures and operational structures at a local level. Above instructions of public authorities, the Algiers airport has been erected into a subsidiary of EGSA with a status of autonomic public economic enterprise (EPE/SPA) provided with a proper organization chart.

In an organizational matter, since its creation, the establishment is provided with an organization which has evolved to answer the induced necessities by the different restructurings decided by the public authorities.

Also, on the plan of exploitation of current management, the set of activities will be put under the care of these airports leaving also the conception, the supervision, the control and the follow-up of the central structures.

• The organizations of the local structures are designed in accordance with the volume of passengers treated and with the potential property managed by each Airport.
• The central organization, as for it, has been more lightened by the formation of the staff of high level able to treat subjects inherent in the development of the Establishment and answering to the objectives underlined to the executives.

The step of the elaboration of management procedures initiated to this day will be followed and all the procedures related to the acts of management will be clearly written and known of all.

In order to insure the efficient implementation of the procedures, the reporting systems, balance sheets, studies of experience return and of executives meetings will be organised. This step will be systematized during the future activities.
