Human Resources
To build a company in which the functioning is essentially the allowance of services, it must necessarily lean on the human resources gathering qualities of competency,rigour and availability by the nature of their activities.

Each agent, newly recruited receive the interior regulation and the manual of the establishment in order to facilitate for him the immersion in his new physical and vocational environment. Our strategy is a systematic recourse for the modernization of human resources of the establishment promoting especially a politic evaluation of cultural and intellectual level by the introduction of qualified teenagers.
Our different professions require a large specialization. That’s why we see all particularly to train our agents in the interior.The trainings exempted in Algiers especially in marketing, in management, and in archives’ management, are assured by INPED, ISGP, and ESAA.
The training organism CETIC and PROGOS form computer scientist of high level all branches confused and assure the trainings in languages.
The specific trainings that are strictly linked to Airport field are done abroad and are assured by ENAC, PROHET EUROMED and PARIS AIRPORTS. Contrary to the received idea of Algiers EGSA, as an establishment of industrial an commercial character receive a budget of state functioning, all our resources come from the different licences and the provided allowances.
Algiers/ EGSA draws its resources of takings coming from aeronautic and extra aeronautic allowances.
These are sufficient for our functioning and permit for us also to finance on the proper fund the upkeep and the maintenance of the Airport infrastructures.
